Cost:

• Session: $365.00
• Group Discount: $50.00 for referring member (6 or more). Interested individuals should contact Dr. Tim Speicher to inquire.

Registration:

• Registration for PRT-i courses are open to licensed health care providers. Verification may be required on-site.
• A course will run if there is a minimum of 6 participants registered. If a course does not meet the minimum number needed, those pre-registered will be notified one-month in advance and will be rescheduled for a future course.
• Additional registration spots will be available at the door if the registration maximum has not been met. Please check the registration site prior to attempting on-site registration. The course to instructor ratio limit will be strictly adhered to in order to provide the best possible learning environment.

Course Location:
The University of Utah in Salt Lake City Utah is the Regional Mountain Training Host Site for PRTi, however, it is not a sponsor. If you are interested in hosting a course, please contact PRTi.

Cancellation Policy:
If you must cancel your registration, it may be transferred to another licensed health care provider or your registration will be transferred to an upcoming course. No refunds will be provided. If PRT-i must cancel an educational session, your registration will be transferred to an upcoming course.

Grievance Policy:
If you should have a grievance with any services offered by PRT-i, please provide in writing your grievance to PRT-i and your desired resolution to the matter. PRT-i will address your grievance within 30 days of receipt.
